Trick or Treat

We pretty much have an amazing neighborhood for Halloween. At least a quarter to maybe even half of Zach's friends from school live within walking distance. We had an early pizza party with Carson, Brayden and Jackson and out we went. Jeremy could only take so much so we went back to the house to give out candy which was much more his speed. In between the doorbell ringing, the silly kid tried to beat up our Halloween goblin.

Underwood Farms

Underwood Farms also has a Fall Festival with pony rides, a pumkin patch, a wagon ride around the farm.. of course kettle corn and carnival games.  Zach was pretty amazing.  He actually won three times!

Pumpkin Carving

This is actually the first year we carved pumpkins.  Zach won three of them at the festival so we made sure to do it.  Not so bad for first-timers!

Holiday Pics

If anyone needs any kind of family/newborn pictures taken, Jennings Paige is your girl.  She has a  crazy knack for making kids laugh and a great eye for making all of us look great.  Jennings also took our pics when Jeremy was just 8 months and Zach 3.5.  Grateful, thrilled, overwhelmed are just some of the words when she showed us her work back then; we felt the same but magnified by a million this time around.

No More Training Wheels!

It's as if Zach has been riding his bike without training wheels for years. Off and on over the past couple of months, we have been taking Zach out to our backyard on the grass, trying to teach him how to ride his bike (without the training wheels). We weren't making much progress. This past Sunday, Zach asked if he could try riding his bike in the cul-de-sac. Of course, we were hesitant because we would be dealing with concrete and we had not done this before. Well, after holding/guiding him around the cul-de-sac two times, Zach started riding by himself! Seriousy, he does not need any help. Now, the only downside is that all Zach wants to do is ride his bike (ALL THE TIME).

Not too Shabby!

Josh's annual work event was at the Ronald Regan Library this year!  I think we can clean up pretty nice if I don't say myelf!
